Jump-Scars are created every time a Jumper makes a jaunt. These scars are a visual element that looks like cracked glass floating in the air at both the departing and arrival locations. They remain in the air from the blink of an eye, to a few minutes.
Not only does the above effect take place, but a jump-scar can be traced, tracked and followed by other Jumpers and/or technological sensors. Someone can step through a jump-scar that remains in the air. Attacks can follow a jumper through the portal left in the air. Sensitives can detect multiple uses of teleportation in a specific locale by the residue of jump-scars.
